Westville Council authorizes Land Use Ordinance overhaul

NJ WESTVILLE — Westville Borough Council approves salary ordinance and advances amendments to light industrial zoning. The Council voted unanimously to adopt the 2026 salary ordinance and introduced two amendments to the I-4 Light Industrial zoning district. All six Council members voted to authorize Administrator Ryan Giles to revise the borough's Land Use Ordinances to align with the Master Plan at an estimated cost of $15,000 to $20,000.
The Council also authorized Police Chief Michael Packer to fill a vacant Sergeant position and pursue additional USDA grants for police vehicles and equipment.
