NJ WESTVILLE — Westville Land Use Board clears site plan and variances for Irie Mentality. The board voted 10-0 with one abstention to approve site plan and dimensional and conditional use variances for 604 Ryan Avenue, Unit S-2. Attorney Michael Ward presented testimony for the applicant, supported by representatives Jeff Wiltshire and Trevor Divenuto.
The board separately voted 10-1 with one abstention to recommend a cannabis ordinance amendment back to the governing body following review by Solicitor Hyatt and engineer Candace Kanaplue.
