NJ WESTVILLE — Westville Land Use Board approves 805 Little Chestnut use variance in 5-1 vote. The application, represented by attorney Luke Gabriak and planner Creigh Rahenkamp, was heard at the Monday evening meeting with board members Travis Lawrence and Bruce Nordaby recused from the hearing. Vice Chair Morina moved to approve.
The board also unanimously endorsed Resolution No. 2025-7 regarding the Redevelopment Plan for Master Plan Consistency review, approving both measures on the final roll call.
