NJ WESTVILLE — Westville introduces retail cannabis licensing, referring ordinance to Land Use Board after multiple business inquiries. The Borough Council unanimously advanced the measure to allow Class 5 retail licenses in commercial zones, responding to proposals including a request from Dravin Patel, owner of Gateway Discount Liquors. The council also unanimously approved the sale of property at 235 Edgewater Avenue to Hector Ramirez for $25,000, appointed Seamus Magill as a Public Works laborer and Justin Gehring as a full-time police patrolman, and renewed plenary retail licenses for eight establishments.
