NJ WESTVILLE — Westville Council declines tax abatement for two Pine Street properties. The Borough Council voted 3-1-1 to reject the application from PBM Real Estate LLC for properties at 18 and 22 Pine Street, with Councilwoman Donna Domico leading opposition to the abatement on taxpayer concerns. The Council unanimously adopted Ordinance 6-2026 establishing budget appropriation limits and a cap bank for 2026, and adopted Ordinance 7-2026 amending rental property code.
The meeting included a Youth in Government program with Parkview Elementary School students serving in municipal roles.
