NJ WESTVILLE — Westville Land Use Board approves cannabis application at 604 Ryan Avenue. In a 10-0 vote with 1 abstention on July 13, the board approved an application by Irie Mentality seeking minor site plan approval and dimensional and conditional use variances at 604 Ryan Avenue, Unit S-2. Board Members Bruce Nordaby and Travis Lawrence recused themselves from the vote.
The board also voted 10-1 with 1 abstention to recommend amendments to the cannabis ordinance, NJSA 40:556D-26, be returned to the governing body for further review.
