NJ WESTVILLE — Westville Land Use Board approves Pine Street subdivision and variance. Vice-Chair Morina moved to approve the subdivision and use variance application for 18-22 Pine Street, Block 48, Lots 6 and 7, which was represented by Attorney Kevin Diduch and Engineer Bruce Makenna on behalf of PBM Real Estate and owner Pat Marks. Board members Bruce Nordaby and Travis Lawrence recused themselves from the vote.
The board approved the application by roll call vote.
